10.0離小樽主要商店街非常近，房間內設備齊全，重點是附有免費停車位，主人相當親切，以這個價格來說真的非常推薦 電視還可以看Netflix ，不用看無聊的日本新聞，超級棒
車で来た時のみ泊まりたい宿

− 大型バイクで滞在したので、砂利と急な坂道の駐車場は無理でした。

7.0北海道ならではの寒さに対しても、しっかりと対策や準備がされており、細やかな気配りにはとても感心いたしました。 ベッドの快適さや備品の充実度など、全体的には期待以上に満足できる滞在でした。総じて、快適に過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。
− 滞在中のやり取りにおいて、少し返事が日中来なかったり、戸惑う場面もありました。 駐車場については、もう少し分かりやすいご案内があると、よりスムーズに利用できたのではないかと感じました。 また、チェックイン時の鍵の受け取り方法や時間に関するルール、チェックアウト後のご対応については、やや手間に感じる部分もありましたが、安心や安全のための配慮によるものだと理解しております。

10.0設備齊全，有洗衣機，微波爐，曬衣架，NETFLIX，甚至還有準備冰爪，屋主提供接送非常貼心。房子外有個捷徑斜坡到主街道上，距離很近，但是如果有長輩或腿腳不方便還是覺得吃力。
Great cozy place to stay in Otaru
10.0The host was excellent and was waiting outside for us right as we arrived; she gave us good information about the surrounding area in addition to showing us the unit. It was a great cozy spot close to everything in Otaru, with lots of amenities to cook or do laundry. Didn't see this mentioned in other reviews but this unit had the best water pressure I have ever seen in Japan.
− Like others have mentioned the unit is up a steep hill but we had a car rental so it was not an issue, still something to keep in mind if you are planning on walking around the area mainly.
