9.0Beautiful grounds & scenery. Comfy bed, room had everything we needed.
− The shower rose needs replacing, water was spraying in all directions so the bathroom was very wet. A bath mat would have been handy!

A beautiful property on the tranquil surrounds of Boston Bay
8.0A quiet location on the edge of town with a nice picnic/playground area a short stroll away on the water front. Rooms are self contained studios with coffee machine, microwave, toaster, getting bar fridge, making it easy for some basic meals.
− For such a tastefully furnished space, i felt the shower head was a let down both functionality and aesthetically.
Okay stay
7.0Location good. Quiet at night for sleeping.
− Bathroom. Shower head squirted water everywhere. No shower curtain bathroom floor gets very wet. No floor towel/mat to stand on upon exiting shower. Supplied kettle had lots of flakey white scum that went past the blocked filter. Had to do our best to clean out inside kettle and clean the small filter.
