Exceptional
10.0Wr booked last minute. We loved the location though it's quite far than the usual places we've stayed. But the location is quiet, relaxed, not crowded and I guess if we stayed a bit longer we will definitely enjoyed the place more and have a quick visit at Nuvali. We were also surprised how clean the place is and how comfy it is. Great for couples who travels and wants to have a great relaxation after a tiring Road trip. We really love the room and will definitely book again in the future.
− We're disappointed with the accessibility of the contact person. At first we thought it was a scam because the phone number given was unavailable. Good thing she answered our call just before we cancel the booking. She explains that she was asleep due to work timing. We're so relieved that it isn't a scam and she told us that it's very rare that they have a booking from this app. So I guess they need to check regularly so guests won't be having a panic attack.
