− There was no blankets and it was cold. Also there was no sugar

8.0We liked that the Host was very attentive and friendly. She was very quick to respond to our requests. We also liked that we were not restricted in using the entertainment areas. The kids had so much fun at the pools and soccer pitch.
− The stairs were bit hectic for mom lol. Wish there were lifts lol. Either then that, nothing.
If you can afford to spend a bit more, I would suggest staying in a better place
6.0Location great, we needed to be close to Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit and that was great. The estate is great, the apartment was great but there were a few things to note that are good and bad: Good stuff, plenty of space, great furnishings and looks smart. Food from the lifestyle center "Oko Oko" was great (Pizza's and Chicken Strips)!
− Bad stuff, no lifts, very noisy (you can hear upstairs people through the ceiling), kitchen was clean but plates weren't clean in the cupboards, the washing machine gave a very strong odor (manager wanted to fix whilst we were not present during the day), two baby cockroaches on crawled up the wall whilst we were eating, beds are very very firm and there was average water pressure. You need to request a code to enter the estate every time you enter (request from agent) and this was difficult when leaving and coming back in early parts of the morning (went to see friends), the security told us we could not enter with the code from the night before and was extremely difficult with letting us even walk into the estate to get to our apartment. We asked if that would mean we should sleep on the street and he agreed and said "Yes, you should sleep on the street".
