L'appartamento è veramente molto carino. Tutto l'arredamento è curato nei minimi particolari con buon gusto. E' dotato di tutto ciò che serve (anche sapone, detersivo, tovagliette, strofinacci che solitamente non si trovano). Ampio, con bella terrazza, perfetto per chi ama il silenzio assoluto. Si trova in una zona residenziale (per fare la spesa nel primo minimarket ci sono 5 minuti di strada in macchina). E' in una buona posizione per visitare la parte centro-nord dell'isola, ci sono molte cose da vedere a pochi minuti di macchina.

− Niente che riguardi la casa. La vista è bella, si vede il mare da lontano. Unico neo: purtroppo la terrazza si affaccia su un cortile, dall'altro lato della strada, tenuto male (rottami vari). Non è certo colpa dei propietari della casa, ma se qualcuno lo sistemasse, la location sarebbe ancora più bella.

The entire property has been curated with an immense amount of care, style, and thoughtfulness. The layout of the accommodation is flawless. It feels exceptionally spacious, bright, and open, with a seamless flow that makes it instantly relaxing. Every square inch has been utilised perfectly to create a bright, airy environment that you just love waking up in. The interior design touches are beautiful. It strikes that rare, perfect balance between high-end contemporary chic and warm, welcoming comfort. It is packed with unique character and clever details that show the owners genuinely care about the guest experience. We were blown away by how immaculate the entire place was. The cleanliness was absolutely pristine, five-star standard without a doubt. It felt fresh, crisp, and incredibly well-maintained. If you are looking for a tranquil escape, this is it. The peace and quiet here is unmatched. It feels like a private sanctuary where you can truly switch off from the world, listen to the breeze, and completely recharge. ​A Little Note for Future Guests... Without giving too much away, make sure you take some time to really appreciate the unique furnishings around the property. Keep a close eye on the clever barrel table with the mirrored top, if you look closely enough, you might just find a fascinating little optical surprise waiting to be discovered! ​We cannot recommend CocoMar II highly enough. A flawless stay, beautiful surroundings, and memories we will treasure. We will definitely be back!

Appartement confortable, répondant à nos attentes, jolie vue sur la mer. Lieu parfait comme point de départ pour visiter l'île. Nos hôtes étaient à l'écoute de nos attentes.

Dieses Loft hat alles für einen perfekten Lanzarote-Urlaub! Die Lage am Meer mit diesem unvergesslichen Ausblick-ruhig und doch ist vieles in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen! Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und besonders genial ist die Terrasse, auf der man sogar bei viel Wind geschützt sitzt. Ich vermisse den Ausblick aufs Meer jetzt schon…Die Wohnung ist so schön hell und hervorzuheben ist auch eine kleine mobile Heizung für kühlere Wintertage👍🏻Auch über die zur Verfügung gestellten Strandtücher haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!!

− Gibt nichts zu bemängeln-eine Spülmaschine wäre vielleicht noch das i-Tüpfelchen …

Amazing sunrises. Beautiful terrace balcony with large lounge chair. Fabulous interior design. Cozy large sofabed that we used to watch inspiring movies on. Sweet village, very safe, quiet and quaint. Comes a washing machine with laundry racks and Nespresso coffeemaker. They also offered an array of different teas. The owners are lovely people and very responsive to your needs. We loved that there was hardly any 5G radiation and no cell towers. Wifi is good. We slept much better here. We really unplugged and had a chill time.
