− Everything! Including the ants crawling up the walls and the strong odour that was lingering even though the windows were open NOT FIT FOR RENTAL
This was the worst accommodation that we ever stayed in . The owner hands up if you call !
1.0With the smell of the rancid can of Gee in the cupboard, the unflushed toilet with poo stains uncleaned in the bowl and the sticky surfaces and dirty plates and pans , we were not in a state where we considered what we liked. Once we found the stained boxer shorts - stained with a crusty white substance we were horrified.
− > The Boxer shorts with dried white stuff all over them in a draw - Very bad. > The unclean unflushed toilet was smelly. > Sticky surfaces, Mould on down stairs walls, all the plates and pans were greasy. The cooker was dirty. > The shower worked well, but the waste water just pours through the kitchen ceiling. > The cupboard filled with Damp towels and sheets smelt. > All the window blinds were damaged. > The front door looked like it had been kicked in. > The windows would not open. > The tiles on the table were cracked and it was greasy, > A Can of Gee was rotting in one of the kitchen cupboards.

− I had an extremely disappointing experience staying at this accommodation. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the place had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The crockery and cutlery were all dirty, which was both unsanitary and off-putting. The blinds and curtains were broken and filthy, contributing to an overall sense of neglect. To make matters worse, there were no basic necessities like toilet paper, which is a bare minimum for any rental property. Outside, dirt bags were left lying around the house, adding to the sense of disorder. Inside, the house had a terrible odour that made it uncomfortable to stay in. The bedding was visibly unclean, which was completely unacceptable. To top it off, I found loose underwear in the kitchen, which only confirmed the lack of attention to detail and hygiene. This accommodation was far from the standard I expected and I would not recommend it to anyone. It was a disappointing and unpleasant experience from start to finish.
