Absolutely amazing view. The beach is literally at your front door.  This villa was a great size, clean and had running ac which is always a plus.

Location to Rocky Point and the beach was quiet.

− Cooking utensils seems cheap and old. Water at the house was an additional cost, not sure if that was stated up front.
