5.0A lakás jó helyen, egy metróállomáshoz és buszokhoz közel helyezkedik el. A környéken jó éttermek és boltok találhatók, így a városnak ez a környéke szállásfoglalás szempontjából mindenképpen ajánlott.
− Aki nem szereti a zajos környéket, ne válassza ezt a szállást. A metró miatt (bár jó, hogy közel van) a lakásban időnként megremegnek a falak és az ablakok, ami zavaró tud lenni pl. a hajnali órákban. Ami nyilván egy egyszeri dolog volt, de a mi ott tartózkodásunkat és pihenésünket teljesen tönkretette, azok az 5 napig tartó útfelújítási munkálatok voltak, amik este 9-től hajnali 5 óráig tartottak. Emiatt éjjel egyáltalán nem lehetett aludni a lakásban, a csukott ablaknál is brutális zaj miatt. Bár jeleztem a tulajdonosnak, hogy ezt illett volna a szállásfoglalás alkalmával vagy az érkezésünk előtt előzetesen jeleznie, erre annyi választ kaptam, hogy elnézést, de ő erről nem tudott. Hogy ez mennyire elfogadható válasz, ehhez csak annyit tennék hozzá, hogy az érkezésünkkor már le volt zárva az utca, továbbá utólag érdeklődve, a házban lakó szomszéd és a környező üzlettulajdonosok is tudtak a várható útfelújítási munkálatokról. Értem, hogy egy lakáskiadónak is vannak szempontjai, de... na, ezt a mondatot udvariassági okokból inkább nem fejezem be. Az értékelésemet kérem, hogy ennek tudják be, egyébként Róma nagyon tetszett, csak mi pihenni is szerettünk volna, családilag, két gyerekkel.
Perfect accommodation for a family of four
8.0The location and accommodations for a family of four were ideal. Elevator is available. The A/C made us wanted to come home from the heat. The Wi-Fi is quick and reliable. The area is safe and friendly. Small food markets and cafes are right there, metro is right around the corner. The check in and out were easy and clear. Marco is a great host.
− The drainage in one of the bathrooms needs cleanup. The water was too slow to drain down the sink and toilet which leaves the unclean feeling.
