6.0Emplacement à proximité du Lac , de la baignage. Paysage exceptionnel. Au calme contrairement aux villes aux alentours accessibles rapidement. Appartement spacieux, terrasse sympathique, équipement correct dans la cuisine , literie bonne qualité
− Pb WC, eau chaude non résolu à notre départ malgré les démarches du propriétaire. Des équipements à bout de vie, nécessitant une remise en état. Ce qui pourrait rendre l'appartement très agréable.

Un lieux de vacances agréable mais attention au stationnement dans les environs.
8.0L'appartement est bien équipé, bien situé, avec une terrasse pour manger. Il est possible d'étendre le linge en rentrant du lac. Au dessus du logement se trouvent une épicerie avec du pain frais le matin, de la charcuterie, un primeur pour les fruits et légumes, des pizzerias etc. Les plages publiques sont toutes proches et c'est très agréable.
− Le stationnement est très compliqué en été, il faut se garer loin. Pour aller dans les sites touristiques comme Menaggio, il vaut mieux prendre un bus, car les parking sont plein dès 9h le matin.

2.0Łatwy dostęp do ładnej plaży (blisko), responsywni gospodarze,
− Brak widoku na jezioro wskazanego jako atut pokoju w opisie, nie wspomniano że pokój był na poziomie garaży podziemnych (tuż za ścianą), okno w sypialni wychodziło na ścianę, uszkodzone wyposażenie łazienki (uchwyty na ręczniki, papier), uszkodzony i nie sprawdzony sprzęt kuchenny (zniszczona patelnia, część garnków nie pasowała do kuchenki indukcyjnej), uszkodzony parasol na tarasie, brak usługi sprzątania/wymiany pościeli/ręczników przez 2 tygodnie pobytu (jest opcja dodatkowo płatna), klimatyzacja tylko w sypialni (nie było chłodzenia w głównym pokoju), bardzo mało miejsca na ubrania (część z nich w ogóle się nie otwierała albo była "zajęta")
