10.0Our third year in this amazing apartment, it has everything you need and is in a great location. The coffee machine was a very nice addition this year.

Could have been better with better communication.

− The host failed to inform prior to arriving that the communal pool was closed for works. When we arrived we discovered this and contacted the host, the first response was stating it wasnt part of the booking, however further discussion revealed it was and that they had been informed two days prior but hadn't let us know. We were disappointed with this lack of communication. I was also quite cramped in the living room.

− Found cockroach in bathroom. Once booked and paid for we got a notification that toilet paper was not to be flushed down the toilet and that if the toilet became blocked we would have to pay! The actual words used were "It is strictly forbidden to throw toilet paper, wet wipes, or hygiene products into the toilet. In case of blockage, the guest will be responsible for the repair costs" In the bathroom there were no directions on what one was to do with the toilet paper that was not allowed in the toilet. So I was afraid to use toilet for the stay. There were 2 TVs in the apartment, couldn't get "normal" tv on either of them, some directions would be useful There was a bad smell from dishwasher
