The inside of the place is great and the garage to park in provides security from parking on the street.

− We arrived and there was no water. The city had locked their meter which indicated they hadn’t paid their water bill. It took us nearly 2 hours to get a new place to stay. They would only house us there temporarily and then moved us back for the initial the next day ushering us out by 10:30 am and there was still no water. Our food went bad because we had to keep it the car, when we had paid more for a place we could cook and relax. They kept saying it was beyond their control, but paying your bills is not out of your control. We had to buy water to flush our own toilets. We spent $300 extra because we had to eat and buy things we had brought but had no way to use. The first night they left us no washing cloths for the kitchen or bathroom. We had to lug our luggage up 3 flights of stairs all 3 days we were staying in their accommodations. We paid a deposit and our fees upfront but they were more concerned about the people coming than us who they already had their $ from. They agreed to give us a 20% refund which took a week to get and almost 2 weeks to refund our deposit. I booked with Booking.com and found out they were actually Airbnb,after the fact. They had the listing where you could check out at 12 pm and then changed it once we were booked and couldn’t back out without losing all our $ because that is their booking policy. The people in the other side of the duplex said they had been told the same thing. They were given a whole case of bottled water, us nothing. We were called and placated or messaged and placated but this was hands down the worst experience in booking ever. I will never use Booking,com or Airbnb ever again. I didn’t dare leave a bad review until we got our $ back lest I be out a $500 deposit. Their housekeeping leaves much to be desired with walls in most rooms having hand prints or something on walls that needed to be washed.
