We had a great stay here, it was wonderful to be able to walk to Harry Potter studios and the hosts were super friendly

− It was a little small but this wasn’t a problem as we were only there one night.
The owner shouldn’t keep apartments for rent of they plan on treating guests like the way he did

− The owner behaved rudely when asked to increase the heater and in -6 degree cold the window were drafty and we all ended up with sore throat. Some should be held accountable for this

Not Suitable for Winter Stays - Heating Issues and Unprofessional Host
1.0While the apartment itself is nice and would likely be perfect for visiting the Harry Potter Studios in warmer months, it is not suitable for winter stays due to inadequate heating.
− This property has significant heating limitations during colder months and is managed by an uncommunicative and rude host. Not recommended for winter bookings. Heating Problems: The central heating system is partially disabled in winter. Only bedrooms and the living room have electric radiant panels, which are insufficient. The kitchen, bathroom, and hallway have no heating at all, creating a very uncomfortable temperature difference when moving between rooms. The apartment was cold upon arrival. Communication & Host Conduct: The host is remote, uncommunicative, and provided minimal instructions. When issues arose (heating, cleanliness), there was no direct contact or support offered. The host's communication style was later aggressive and unprofessional, which could make the stay unpleasant for guests. Cleanliness & Privacy: The apartment was not properly cleaned upon check-in (dirty floors, kitchen surfaces, mirror). While someone entered to clean briefly while we were out, this unsupervised access was uncomfortable. Overall: The apartment itself is nice, but the inadequate winter heating makes it unsuitable for cold-weather stays. Combined with poor communication and the host's hostile attitude, I cannot recommend this property, especially for winter trips.
No stay at all
1.0I did not use the property and i sincerely would like a full refund. I drove all the way to the property and noone answered the call or messages for several times. At some point my partner panicked and we had to find another property to sleep for a few hours. Its totally unacceptable. I sincerely would like my money back
