9.0Location, flexibility due to the exceptional heat regarding the dog and enough seats for everyone ( hasn't always been the case elsewhere)
− Could do with blind in the bathroom as it feels like it lacks some privacy.

− We needed help to get in the back gate as we couldn't reach the latch, thankfully the taxi driver hadn't left. Thank you for the warning about the stairs, although would've been helpful to know the bannister didn't go all the way up & that they are extremely narrow.
