9.0The house was clean, and things were easy to find. WiFi is working well.

6.0Was in great location to were we needed to be. Beautiful bathrooms.
− When we arrived there was no hot water, we had to turn it on at the meter box. Couldn’t get tv to work. The beds are really low and the lounge is like sitting on concrete. Our bed was not even made properly. When I let staff know they did offer to send cleaner service to make it again but we were only there one more night so I said not to worry. Take your own pillows they are very thin.

7.0New. Double garage.... Instructions for best access were spot on.
− We must be the first to stay in the house, as there are many things to fine tune, which the owner would have seen had they stayed there themselves. Aircon did not warm the house at all. (Winter) No instructions manuals. No tea coffee or milk. TV had no channels, and would not load movies. Cutlery was clean but had finger prints all over the handles. Alarm went off before the numbers appeared on screen for unlocking the door (door frame didn't secure the screen door....or screen door too narrow?) Barrier tape still across the front step and garage door. Both shower drains did not drain well. Rubbish in garage.
