Amazing location. Back gate opens to the village pub. Back garden is wonderful for relaxing; outdoor dining, outdoor covered gym, lounge chairs and hot tub. The main lounge is great night movies and nights in.

− Would like to see fans available for the bedrooms.

We are so happy we picked this house for our stay in aviemore, we’ve been coming to aviemore for years and spotted this house on a whim as we usually book hotels/lodges! The house is a short walk from the centre of aviemore, which made life a bit easier. The host Jack was very accommodating and was very fast on replies for any questions we had! House was spotless when we arrived, we loved the garden for the dogs and the hot tub was a great bonus 🤩 highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

The host was fantastic. Provided excellent information and kept in touch throughout to ensure we had everything we needed. The house was amazing and we had an amazing trip because of it. Excellent location close to the shops and bars too. Just excellent.

Good communication with the owner Aviemore is a great little town with good road access and lots happening - house is perfectly situated in a quiet area but still really close to everything Property has excellent Cinema screen and hot tub and the wood burner is very cosy Very homely and fun Christmas decorations Well equipped kitchen Good wi fi Outside pizza oven looks great though we did not use it Gym and free Weights outside really great to have too

− No space for 6 people to eat so all meals are TV dinners Limited hot water - no more than three showers practical at a time Zero space for hanging clothes, so living out of a suitcase for a week not great if you’re taking a kilt or formal wear for Hog man Aye Very Limited drying space for 6 sets of wet clothes if you’re up the mountain in winter though there is a tumble dryer - but don’t use radiators Towels supplied are nice quality but a bit small - recommend taking bath towels or robes if you want to use hot tub in winter Need to take all your own bath gels etc. this is not a hotel with complimentary cosmetics etc You need to buy your own wood for the wood burner so fires are about £8 per night if you choose to use it Would be nice to have some non screen based entertainment
