− The initial collecting of the keys to get in was not particularly easy - the instructions could have been clearer.

6.0La casa nel complesso è spaziosa e arredata in modo carino. La cucina era abbastanza accessoriata.
− Purtroppo la pulizia della casa era molto approssimativa: abbiamo trovato briciole per terra in cucina, una federa era macchiata e vari asciugamani erano macchiati / davano l’idea di essere stati usati, abbiamo optato quindi per usare i nostri. Onestamente per il prezzo pagato ci saremmo aspettati più attenzione sulla pulizia.
Wrong name, great place.
8.0Good standard apartment. Very comfortable and well equipped. Nice pool and hot tub. It was great once we found it!
− Please change the name on booking.com. We hunted the village for Creekside Slopeside and walked round and round only to find it is Lake Placid Lodge. Would have appreciated a real person to answer questions eg how to turn the cooker on. Emails were not replied.
