Only stayed 5 days out of 10, cute clean cottage but in questionable area with questionable people.
7.0Mum liked the cottage as it was comfortable
− The location was unsettling to Mum as the caretaker did scare her. The woman was nice enough but clearly unstable. This person should not be hosting guests. Management always was lovely and accommodating on line and have no problem here.

fantastic, just what i needed.
10.0fast key collection and entry. a few steps from the car to the door. nice to sit right down in a house in the suburbs and not be hading over a lisence at a reception desk and finding the right parking space and dragging the bag from the car park through the building and find the room. very easy. decor is beautiful. it is so nice to stay somewhere the furniture feels solid real rather than the bare minimum. these hosts have style and taste. It is also practical in set up. decent solid desk and a decent chair. the piano room works as office and all the living room. spacious yard and house for a 1 bedroom. neighbours are far enough away. singleton can have horrible traffic, this house avoids the inner town bottle neck which is annoying and fills half the day.
− i always prefer a dryer, for short of long stays there is not the time to wash and dry by morning to go to work or sport the next day. Sometimes you need the thing you just wore in a few hrs. This is the point of an apartment or house , to be self contained with cooking and washing. i never found the wifi if there is , the street was not the classiest, a bit on the rougher side. didnt seem dangerous.

− The neighbourhood was a little intimidating, it was hard to cuddle on the lounge, and it had a tiny cockroach problem but bug spray was provided so all is well.
