Petite Dinant - Feet in water hands on the rock♡

Convenient location in the heart of Dinant but needs better maintenance and care.

Good location in the centre of Dinant, parking garage is 300 m away. We liked separate bedrooms with toilet and shower on 3 levels. You could easily stay with 3 x 2 people. The kitchen was functional, all basic things available except an oven. We received the key smoothly in the lockbox. The wifi was good and easy to switch to.

− The kitchen needs maintenance - I had to fix the fridge door myself. The drawers in bathroom were not clean and some of them partly broken. There was a trash bin in the kitchen but no solution to empty it - asked the owner but was told not to put garbage outside ... the bin gets smelly in few days. The walls between the apartment and neighbour family let noise through, it started after 11 pm until midnight. The bedroom on the top floor needs some curtain or cover for a roof window as it gets too hot (30 C) during warm summer days. I would wish for a TV on the ground floor.

Great location for our group, 3 adults traveling together meant we all had our own floor/bedroom/bathroom. Contemporary decor and to a high standard. House stayed relatively cool and comfortable despite the heat outside.

− One of the bathrooms needed more toilet paper, on arrival there was very very little on the roll and no spare toilet paper stored elsewhere. Neighbouring property clearly has small children as could hear them playing but accept that owners aren’t in control of neighbours children and it didn’t detract from our enjoyment. Stairs to 3rd floor are an exertion after a few beers 🤣. The third floor bedroom has a skylight (no blind) so one of us woke early each morning (arguably also beautiful to star gaze from bed though).

Omwille van de locatie is alles te voet zeer goed bereikbaar.

De locatie is top! In- en uitladen kan voor de deur, parkeren is wel ergens verderop, maar kan gratis als je een 10-tal minuutjes wil stappen. 3 slaapkamers op 3 verdiepingen met en-suite badkamer/wc, alles zeer proper.

− Niet praktisch voor kleine mensen, het keukenkastje met de glazen en tassen hangt vrij hoog. De camera aan de buitenkant boven aan het raam geeft een ongemakkelijk gevoel.
