3.0Location was very good. Close to two major attraction.
− Lack of professionalism. Wrong room was given at 11am. when we reached at 7.30am saying it is not clean. Later when i asked we have booked a mountain view room..they were confused and gave the room which was clean from morning. Means they could have given it much more early instead of making us wait for 3.5 hours. We asked for room cleaning but when we came back.. Room service was not done. And we had to change our room since they were unable to clean the room. No proper communication among them and lack of professionalism.
A Cozy hotel at the heart of the city
9.0*This hotel is at the heart of city. It's walkable distance from Bryant Park, Coaker's walk and Kodai lake. *Property is neat and clean. *It has pretty garden and a small kids play area. They provide campfire on request. *Room service is prompt. * They have a few games available on request like cafom n chess which would be given to room. But we didn't use it.
− *Lighting in room is poor. I understand that they went for warm light setting. But they didn't have any brighter light in room. They couldn't provide reading light on request too. *TV has only a few local channel available. *They have rooms available from ₹3K which would be apt. But we were given room worth ₹10k probably because of availability issue and I didn't find it value for money. It had a small sit out. Room had 3 parts with a king bed in one, dining table in other and an empty area. We are a family of 4 and were given an extra bed but without cot. Normally it's not an issue but it mattered here as it gets cold at night and a bed would have avoided me from catching cold. Also at this price, they could have provided room heater too. Overall the room was unnecessarily big, with poor utilisation of space and lack facilities to justify the price. *Food taste alter from day 2 day. For breakfast they repeated menu on alternate days. But taste wasn't consistent. Same with the dinner too.
