Lovely stay
10.0The caravan has everything you could possibly need for your stay. A lot of added touches made it amazing. Even had a basket with sweets and maltesers in, along with biscuits, tea, coffee and sugar. Joanne, the owner, was very helpful on every aspect from finding the location, to events happening in and around the area. Communication and service were impeccable.
− For a 2 bed caravan with no decking or outside seating, We felt it was overpriced at £160 per night two weeks BEFORE the Summer holidays but we wanted to bring my parents to Felixstowe for the weekend so went with it. There was nothing about the actual accommodation that we didn’t like at all. We did use the clubhouse later in the evening. However, it was a Saturday night with live music on and a full clubhouse of thirsty customers yet only ONE bar member working. The average wait to be served was around 30-40 minutes! When finally served, the pint was the last in the barrel and they had no new barrel to replace it with. We had to return that pint as it tasted awful. He did replace it with a different beer but it all still added to the inconvenience after waiting for nearly 40 minutes to be served. However saying this, this had no impact on our stay in the accommodation, it really was lovely but we wouldn't use the clubhouse again.
