− No safety latches on windows they open all the way out, extremely dangerous if you have children as they are easily accessible. Main bathroom smelt of sewerage

10.0I was pleasantly surprised to see the unit is actually exactly like in the photo. Very luxuriously furnished. It felt more like a hotel suite than an apartment. Every amenities are included e.g Coway wayer dispenser, washer-dryer, air fryer, ironing board, Microwave, TV in each rooms and a huge one in living room. At this price point, its a steal!
