10.0My stay was brief, lasting only two nights, but I wished I could have stayed longer. The host and his family were incredibly charming. The unit was well-equipped (the only thing missing was washing powder, but perhaps I just couldn't find it; I'm sure if I had asked, they would have provided it). The location is excellent, depending on what you are looking for, of course. The beach is approximately 300 meters away. Restaurants, fantastic Italian aperitivo bars, and delightful gelaterias are just a three-minute walk. For me, the most important aspect of this trip was parking. Given how challenging it can be to find a parking spot in Italy, especially with a larger vehicle, this unit was a gem :) It had a spacious outdoor parking spot in front of the house with private key access. In summary, it was a great stay, and all my needs were met. I would definitely stay there again.

9.0Abbiamo apprezzato molto la simpatia e disponibilità di Germano, il proprietario di casa. La posizione dell'appartamento all'undicesimo piano è strategica sia per la vicinanza al mare (raggiungibile in una decina di minuti a piedi), sia per la vista splendida sulla città e sul mare. Comodo anche avere il parcheggio riservato proprio di fronte al grattacielo.

Vista mozzafiato sul golfo del Tigullio al tramonto. Casa grande ed accogliente.
10.0La vista sul golfo del Tigullio è pazzesca. Si vede il tramonto sul mare. Appartamento grande e dotato di ogni comfort. Letto comodo. Pulizia ottima. Parcheggio all'interno di cancello elettrificato. L'host Germano molto disponibile, simpatico ed accogliente. Consigliatissimo.
− Magari una rinfrescata alle ringhiere sul balcone che presentano un po' troppa ruggine.
