− Saw a lot of bad reviews but thought I'd give the benefit of the doubt. Booked in advance for the convenience of location to where we were going. Travelled 5 hours to get here and half an hour before check in time I noticed I received a message just after 1:00am asking if I had checked in and how everything was (wasn't due to come til 3pm that following day) than an hour later after 2:00am I received another message to say they've cancelled my booking for maintenance. Had to fork out to book somewhere else very last minute!!!! Feels like we were double booked.
CANCELLED AT LAST MOMENT SO HOMELESS TWICE IN 2days
1.0Nothing as we never got to use it!! We were cancelled at the last minute ( standing in the garden trying to find the lock box!! 2nd time in two days …
− This property promised all we needed then failed to deliver in the worst way possible We received our “welcome “email BUT WHEN WE ARRIVED TO CHECK IN WE RECEIVED A MESSAGE TO SAY WE’D been CANCELLED!!! We were given no explanation and no response to calls or messages to the Host

1.0Loved the location as it was near the wedding that we were attending
− After it being booked in February,I was in bed ready to travel in the morning and the phone beeped with a message saying they cancelled the booking.This was 6 hours before I traveled.So At midnight we had to go on and start looking for another place.My daughter her husband and 3 year old were traveling from Canada .I was so annoyed that after booking it in advance and paying in full that less than 15 hours notice they cancelled with no reason.Yes they refunded my money straight away but the upset it caused me that night was horrendous.
