Overall location was not bad for Our trip plan . Property large enough for 2 families. One bathroom with toilet only in basement . But luckily, we did not have any major issues with it.

− Honestly ??…Property was not cleaned properly and garden overgrown with weeds, it could have been reAlly pleasant experience otherwise. Kitchen counter with breadcrumbs and spilled coffee , oven trays still dirty after previous guests. Bed linen not ready , one of duvet ripped completely ; wet laundry still in washing mashine but no rack . Visible Black mould on walls in upper bedrooms :(

We liked that the property was modern and conveniently located to family. The bed we had was comfy and there was lots of room.

− We unfortunately had some big issues whilst we were here. We had issues checking in, we couldn’t receive the check in link as booking.com blocked this, it was then a huge amount of effort to submit id and receive check in details. We received check in details after the time of check in so this was some added stress as we were travelling separately to the rest of the group. There wasn’t a hair dryer, the management company did say they would bring a new one but that didn’t happen unfortunately. The big one - there is very little hot water in the shower, we would have boiling hot water in the other taps but no matter what we did the shower would not get hot. We managed but it was uncomfortable. Also, the bathroom is on the bottom floor (of which there are 3 floors) so some of the older members of our party struggled to get down there when they needed the toilet. We wish we knew that this was the layout before booking. The plates and cups were absolutely filthy when we arrived - definitely had not been cleaned in a while. If these things would have been better it would have been a great stay.

Clean and spacious house.

− Booking and checking in information and process was not straightforward. Security lock code was not sent through. StayRight quickly gave us the required information over the phone on the day of arrival, but it was a stressful time. The bathroom on the ground floor was not ideal, especially with small children. House is located on the busy road so there is a lot of traffic noise, even at night.

Lovely and a nice experience.

It was neat, a lot of space and the location was nice.

− The toilet is far from the bedrooms and internet is not strong, I could say poor internet. Depending on network, this could also be poor.
