Overpriced not worth the cost based on condition and noise.
1.0Location was good right on the park with a view of the ocean.
− Major construction on both sides that started every morning around 7am and it was extremely loud. The owners dogs barked every morning at 6:00 ish and continued to bark at every dog that walked by. The place is overpriced for worn and stained furniture, cabinets falling apart in the kitchen. Very tired unit and not well kept. We left a day early due to noise and lack of sleep.
