− The property is in need of a deep clean and general maintenance. Furniture is old and unclean, dining chairs are coming apart at the joins, half of the cooktop elements didn’t work, dirty items left in bedroom, windows had child handprints all over them on arrival, mould in every shower. Floors felt dirty. Quite disappointed. Weren’t offered any compensation despite paying over $450 a night

− The keys were easy to find but finding the correct door was another story. The key only unlocked/locked the screen door. There was no hair dryer. The pillows were terrible.
