5.0Posizione ottima. L appartamento è potenzialmente carino ( ampio balcone, vista discreta e molto silenzioso e luminoso).
− Il freezer era inutilizzabile poiché completamente pieno di ghiaccio. Le lenzuola del letto matrimoniale erano 2 lenzuola per letto singolo messe orizzontalmente ( un lenzuolo copriva la parte superiore dei due letti e l altro la metà inferiore). La federa del cuscino temo non fosse stata cambiata. Gli utensili da cucina sono pochi. La doccia è un meraviglioso reperto degli anni 80 quando andavano le docce multifunzionali. Gli arredi … beh lì è questione di gusto ma certe cose sono oggettivamente reperti che il proprietario ha deciso di utilizzare qui per non averli più a casa. Credo che chi gestisce la struttura dovrebbe migliorare parecchio.

9.0Просторные и светлые апартаменты, два санузла, прекрасная терраса, закрытая территория и есть парковка.
− К сожалению, во время проживания не работал wifi, о чем я сообщила управляющему, он ответил: «да, wifi не работает»… Также остался без ответа вопрос про мусор куда и когда его выносить, вопрос просто проигнорировали, хотя в условиях проживания сортировка и вынос мусора обязательны.
Overall good, especially if you visit for a concert, pricey.

− No air conditioning, windows weren’t open when we arrived, it was very hot. Not very clean. Iron really old, weren’t able to properly iron clothes.

− Missing a few minor utensils like wine glasses, dishwasher tablets and suitable bins for rubbish but wouldn't put us off staying here again as we were able to buy anything we needed cheaply in the nearby supermarket
