Great location across the road from the beach. Spa pool was lovely and the house itself! Would definitely stay here again

Amazing location, perfect for kids

Amazing family holiday, great location. Perfect for our young kids with a gate across the driveway making it very safe. Concrete driveway was great for kids riding scooters and bikes too. House was so lovely, spacious and clean. Spa was an added bonus.

Perfect place for our two families to enjoy the School Holidays in Papamoa. Middle of winter but was cosy and warm. Everyone slept well. Plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing. Spa was great. Left my watch and they kindly couried it back with no charge. Great communication offering earlier arrival and throughout our stay. We'll be back in Summer. Thank you.
