Nice quiet street, easy access to the beach, short walk to boardwalk/stores/ restaurants, few minute drive from Food Lion, large backyard was great for kids, eating outside and corn hole, the swingset was perfect for our 8 and 9 year olds, kitchen stocked with pans, bake wear, and mixing bowls, had enough serving utensils, cups, and silverware, great laundry unit. Easy check-in and check-out procedure. The bunks were doubles and there is a trundle so the group could spread out.

− It is an older house, so hard to keep cool during hot summer days, ran AC most of day and would freeze at night but warm during the daytime; back 2 rooms different temperature than room off of kitchen. Bring blankets, no extra provided. No dishwasher - bring dish soap. They do let you know that there is no initial stock of paper products, bring everything-hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, baggies and foil. Did get a ticket for parking on the street, pay attention to the signs and make the most of the driveway space, do not assume because you are renting that you are a resident.
