− Las peticiones no son contestadas y no cumplen con las políticas pactadas si reservas te cobrarán y te retendrán dinero sin devolvértelo por mucho tiempo o tal vez nunca no lo recomiendo

5.0The location and the Staff was very nice and friendly
− I couldn’t get a cocktail that I wanted because they didn’t restock it on their bars I had one and was the last of it and also I wanted a carajillo which is a coffee cocktail and they couldn’t make it because they had no coffee and this is at their main bar at the lobby,we have been going to this resort for 3 years first time was awesome second was ok and this time was not at all feels like the quality has gone down
Overall, a great stay.
