4.0The chalet was clean
− Mattress was horrible in the back bedroom it was wafer thin and it dipped in the middle and the bed creaked each time you moved, i have terrible backache off it.The bedroom light didnt work not good when you have a baby in the room with you.The cooker doesnt regulate tempreature properly it either undercooks or cremates everything .The fridge froze everything at the back and didnt keep everything at the front cool . Also this chalet is not suitable for children under 18 months old. The whole place really needs modernising and bringing up to decent standards. Its very basic with the absolute minimum of anything you may need.

7.0Clear and timely instructions provided. Good facility and household item variety.
− Bedsheets provided but had to be put on by ourselves. Instructions said under no circumstances should anyone sleep without these being put on but the sizes provided did not match (i.e. what was marked as double bed sheets included a single sized bed sheet). Had no choice but to use a blanket instead. Floors were not hoovered, sand felt throughout. No hoover, only a broom available. WiFi was available (great!) but the power cable did not work so had to use our own.
Tired property with inadequate bedding leading to a terrible night sleep
4.0The site is small but adequate. The swimming pool was nice and the entertainment staff made a real effort with the children.
− The chalet is tired and needs updating including the chipped plates and 25 year old shower. There is no curtain or blind on the kitchen window so my boys were up super early with the sun light. The worst part was the rock hard mattresses and pillows. And despite having 10 pillow caes, you only get 5 rock hard pillows I've never stayed anywhere in my life where you're rationed to one pillow per person. I told customer services about both issues, no one cared. Was a terrible night sleep all round. For this i couldn't reccomend.
