9.0Hieno kahvinkeitin, joka jauhaa pavut joka kupillista varten erikseen. Terassi mukava kesällä. Asunnossa yleisesti kattava varustelu, vain tiskikone puuttuu.
− Sängyn päädyssä on jonkunlaiset valot, mutta ei löytynyt paikkaa mistä ne saisi päälle. Ruokapöydän tuolit on hienot valkoiset, alttiit likaantumiselle.
