1.0− Warmwasser haben wir selten gehabt. Heizung war gerade mal so lauwarm. Kein Backofen, kein vernünftiges Messer zum kochen/schneiden, Küchen- Ausstattung sehr mangelhaft und dazu noch sehr dreckig gewesen. Es roch heftig nach Zigarettenrauch, für als Nichtraucher war das sehr schlimm auszuhalten. Es war alles offen, sogar die Schiebetür zur Toilette die nicht mal komplett zuging. Eine Wohnung oder eher gesagt ein Raum die Küche, Toilette, Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer enthält. Es war schwer dort auszuhalten, vor allem als Nichtraucher.

2.0Die Lage war gut.
− Die Fotos des Studio 2 sind irreführend. Cannabis Geruch im Zimmer. Spinnennetze an den Wänden. Matratze zu weich, nach der ersten Nacht dadurch Rückenschmerzen. Die Toilette ist sehr verschmutzt mit Dreck. Die Überkopfdusche ist total verkalkt, also unbenutzbar. Das Gebäude ist schräg gebaut. Also alles in allem leider ein unglaublicher Reinfall. Ich habe die (negativen) Rezensionen leider nicht gelesen, denn diese sind zu 100% richtig. Lieber 20 Euro mehr pro Nacht zahlen und dafür in ein Hotel...

10.0Tolle Kommunikation und leichter Check in bzw. Check Out. Ein Supermarkt zur täglichen Versorgung ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Innenstadt und der Bahnhof sind ebenfalls gut zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn man ohne Auto anreist. Für Alleinerziehende oder Paare war das Appartement super - sehr empfehlenswert!
Für Geschäftsreisende Techniker ist es in Ordnung
