9.0We had a wonderful experience at the villa – everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. What truly made the stay exceptional was the VBS company managing the property. From the warm welcome by Mr.Mohamed to the continuous support from Mr.karim, the entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Their cooperation and responsiveness added a personal touch that made all the difference. The overall vibes were amazing, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

9.0Mountain view has great beaches, shops and facilities. Villa was awesome! spacious, clean and host was accommodating any request we needed.

2.0I liked the front and back gardens and the outdoor furniture. The location also was fine.
− The listing in booking stated that there were a diswasher and iron but there weren't any. The drying rack was broken. Kitchen was lacking most of items and kettle was cheap and rusted. Mattresses and cushions were very uncomfortable and there were no extra beddings. Bathrooms especially downstairs had no shelves nor hangers. There were no cleaning tools. Staff didn't check the property before we arrived. In essence I didn't enjoy this vacation at all. There were rocks on the sand and rocks in the water and the result is that my daughter returned home with a broken knee.
