10.0What an incredible experience to stay here! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. Andrea is truly like a mother to her guests and cares for everyone with so much love and attention. She even gave me a bigger room, and nothing is too much for her. I came for a few days, but I just couldn't leave and extended my stay. This place feels like home thanks to Andrea, whose warm personality has captured a special place in my heart. In short, an absolute top stay that I highly recommend to everyone!

10.0Nossa estadia no Flat Shallon foi simplesmente maravilhosa!☺️ Eu e minhas filhas fomos acolhidas com um carinho que fez toda a diferença desde antes mesmo do nosso check-in. A Andrea é uma anfitriã incrível, daquelas pessoas que demonstram amor no que fazem. Sempre atenta a cada detalhe, esteve disponível durante toda a nossa hospedagem, pronta para ajudar no que fosse necessário e, mesmo quando tudo estava perfeito, ainda se preocupava em tornar nossa experiência ainda mais especial. Vivemos dias inesquecíveis em Morro de São Paulo. E como se todo esse carinho não bastasse, ainda preparou uma surpresa encantadora para as minhas filhas: lindas pelúcias deixadas sobre a cama. Foi um gesto de carinho que nos surpreendeu bastante. ❤️ Nossa gratidão à Andrea por tanto cuidado, carinho, dedicação e acolhimento.
