8.0God valuta for pengene. God beliggenhed i gåafstand fra centrum. Gratis parkering på gaden. Meget fin lejlighed.
− Meget stram lugt af cigaretrøg i opgangen. Heldigvis trængte lugten kun ind i gangen, så man kunne lukke lugten ude.
