Nice staff. Big, clean, not too far away from trams

This accommodation is listed as 300 metres from the Melbourne Cricket Ground / it’s 1 hour and twenty minutes walk from MCG - it is a SCAM do not book - I am now going to trading standards to lodge a formal complaint - it is dirty inside all the cupboards - no WiFi and all the fly screens are damaged or ineffective and in some cases missing. All the soft furnishings are stained - I am furious that after 3 weeks I have not had a full $2,000 refund - I was only in the property for 90 minutes - to compile my observations of their deficiencies. To date Booking dot com have failed me, the only thing I did wrong was trust this platform was safe to use

Nice style of property

− Location totally misrepresented. Was represented as being 600m from tennis centre but was actually 6km away. Which resulted in great hardship particularly for my 83yo companion as well as significant travel expenses that wouldn’t have occurred if the property’s location was as represented. This put a very sour note to our stay. Very upset and disappointed at whichever party is responsible for this falsehood.

Terrible - Bookings.com and/or the service provider are negligent in positioning the property. The property shows a location near the MCG when you click on location and when you search by location, but the property is miles away in an area where I would not stay and at the price point they charged, it was for a location near the MCG not where the property is (which should be half price)

Property is very clean. The concierge Pearl was just too nice greeting us on our arrival and making us feel at home.

− Distance from the city but if you can afford it, Uber and Didi is right on your fingertips. Otherwise, the tram is an inexpensive option, which is about 3 - 5 minutes walk to/from the property.
