Weekend stay, mature couple, last-minute booking.
7.0Check in process went smoothly, slight issue with keys but resolved quickly. Room was clean, fresh and airy. We had everything we needed for a short break. Easy to find, right in centre of Leek. No parking but plenty of options nearby. Good value for money - best available at short-notice.
− Room 4 was small with a double bed against the wall - but this was the only room that was available for our last minute booking and we knew its limitations when we booked it - would have suited a single guest better. Room included kitchenette, small desk, 2 chairs and a wardrobe - personally I would have preferred less furniture and more space. No light switch or lamp by the bed, nearest lamp c1m from bed.
