Enough room for nine people including one in an electric wheelchair. Laundry room was a plus. Scenery nearby.

− Dirty dishes, overall not dusted and lack of maintenance. Mini split air conditioning in main living area was inadequate for the size of the room and the wall of windows. It took two days to get an incomplete repair when it started leaking through the ceiling. Roof had multiple areas with missing shingles. Two story high deck had a huge protruding break in one of the structural support beams and sagged in that area. A wad of electronic wires and boxes in the dining room was pretty tacky as was someone’s underwear left in the dresser. A lot of drawers were occupied with what I would classify as spare parts for tv mounts, old light fixtures and the like. This would be better stored in one of the utility closets or in the garage. The advertised popcorn maker was DISGUSTINGLY! My adult daughter spent over an our cleaning it. The rancid oil and unpopped kernels let us know it had not been cleaned in some time. To make this rental truly wheelchair accessible there needs to be less area rugs, at least one bathroom needs a curb free and door free shower and a vanity that allows for driving under the front edge of the countertop. One bedroom didn’t have shades or curtains! Kitchen switch plate was missing next to the sink. Very dangerous! I could go on and on. This is advertised as a “Luxury” unit. This is far from it! We left it far cleaner than we found it!
