− ⭐ 1 Star (would give zero if possible) Title: Filthy, Unsafe, and a Complete Booking.com Disaster Absolutely disgraceful experience. Less than 24 hours before our trip, Booking.com informed us that our confirmed accommodation was “no longer available” and replaced it with a completely different and far inferior property — one that should never have been listed in the first place. When we arrived, the place was filthy and unsafe. There was a very obvious seaman stain right in the middle of the double bed, the duvet was inside out, and the kids’ bedding was filthy. Even worse, there was exposed electrical wiring — a serious safety hazard that almost electrocuted my daughter. We immediately called and texted the agent to report these issues. He actually took a call from me, claimed that a cleaner had already been in, and promised to call back — but of course, he never did. Now, unbelievably, he’s trying to claim that we “did not check in,” which is a total lie and an insult, especially since we have the call log, text messages, and photo evidence to prove otherwise. This property was clearly unfit for guests — dirty, unsafe, and completely misrepresented. We had no choice but to leave and find emergency accommodation elsewhere at our own expense, ruining the start of our family holiday. Booking.com should be ashamed to list something so dangerous and to allow hosts like this to deceive guests. We’re demanding a full refund and warning everyone: avoid this place and think twice before trusting Booking.com with your bookings.

Location of caravan

− We couldn't get in the caravan, wrong key code given by owner. The caravan hadn't been cleaned on arrival. The cleaners hadn't checked everywhere as we found a dirty t-shirt in one of the bedrooms on the floor,the wooden surfaces were dusty. Me and my partner were not impressed and won't be returning.
