8.0Essencialmente das dimensões do apartamento, proximidade à praia e centro e do terraço exterior.
− Demasiadas formigas que parecem surgir principalmente pelo exaustor e que «atacaram» muita comida que acabou por ter de ir para o lixo. Deviam de fazer uma intervenção profunda pois é algo que se pode evitar e melhorar substancialmente a estadia dos hospedes. Desaconselho totalmente este apartamento a quem não quer ver o balcão da cozinha e a comida repleta de formigas.

10.0Big, clean, comfortable appartment, big terrace with a nice view, very well equipped kitchen. The contact with the owner/administrator was excellent. The acccomodation is very conveniently situated within 5 minutes from the beach and within 10 minutes from the city center, there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. A very good experience in Porto Santo, to be recommended!

8.0A casa é espaçosa e está bem localizada. Tem tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável. A equipa é muito prestável e simpática, o acompanhamento na chegada foi fundamental.
− Existem algumas coisas na casa que exigem manutenção e precisam de ser arranjadas.

10.0Gostamos muito da localização e a vista era boa, perto de tudo principalmente da praia. O apartamento de cima embora pequeno da perfeitamente para duas a três pessoas. A cozinha tinha todos os utensílios necessários, copos (inclusive de vinho) loiça limpa e sem nada rachado - impecável mesmo! A cama era maravilhosa, super espaçosa, tínhamos cabides e arrumação que chegasse. Para muitos que lêem podem achar estranho tudo isto, mas já estive em outros alojamentos que tive de comprar coisas.
− Não é não gostar, apenas acho que as toalhas deviam ser trocadas ou haver no apartamento para troca, pois uma semana com as mesmas é insuficiente, principalmente numa zona de praia.
