− We were bothered by someone else’s personal belongings being left in the cupboards: toiletries in the bathroom cabinet, and clothes and toiletries in the bedroom wardrobe. It made us feel as though we were staying in someone’s home rather than accommodation prepared for guests.

− Looked clean but this was quite superficial. Not a good idea to look under any furniture etc!

− Cleanness at all, 4th floor (not mentioned before booking), no fan(one small one was broken)/conditioner (outside was up to 31 degrees). The bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo) were insufficient for 4 guests over 3 nights
Séjour dans un très joli appartement, super bien situé
9.0Très joli appartement comme sur les photos ,qui est très bien, situé à 10 minutes à pied du palais de Buckingham, le palais, Westminster.Big Ben…
− J’ai mis une note de 9 , en faisant abstraction de notre problème d’électricité en début de séjour, qui nous a causé énormément de désagréments durant presque deux jours entre la Panne, les dépannages et les communications.

8.0Ci è piaciuta la posizione centrale, la comodità dell’appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole ma sopratutto la cortesia dell’host che si è rivelato sempre disponibile e preciso nelle indicazioni.
− Considerato che si tratta di un palazzo tipicamente inglese, la scala per accedere all’appartamento al terzo piano un po’ scomoda, sopratutto per portare su i bagagli, ma non è un grosso problema.
