10.0Great location - easy access to main road linking bexhill to Pevensey but far enough away to be very quiet and peaceful. Property was very well equipped, provision of toiletries, tea, sugar, coffee and cleaning/ washing up equipment etc. Bed very comfortable, plenty of hot water.

− Previous persons rubbish had not been removed. No instructions as to what to do with rubbish, and not spare bin bags. Insufficient information about how to use appliances - the cooker and oven posed a real challenge.
