a stay that shouldnt have ever been possible. Booking needs to remove this place until it’s ready to be a business.

− My reservation said confirmed on this app but The owner didn’t even knew about it. She never picked up the phone, or texts via whatsapp. She didnt even know what room I booked until the night after i arrived. I was given a room that was a downgrade from what i paid for. This place stopped being in business years ago yet its still on this application.. It was a struggle to come in and out from this building. this felt more like just someone’s home than a business. there was no pool. find somewhere else to book from.
