− Was told the pool was private it wasn’t it’s a shared pool Closet door in one of bedrooms was broken upon arrival Several panels of the blinds were broken and couldn’t open blinds with out them falling out AC went out one day spent a good part of a day and night with temp around 80 until it was fixed

− Got locked out. Door didn’t work. Host had to let us into the protest using their key remotely which only happened after many hours standing in the rain. Lock didn’t work the rest of the trip so we had to cancel our plans. Host has refused refund
