− No wifi. Extra charge if want to use iron box, hair dryer or rice cooker. Poor, dim light at the lobby and lift places.

Cheap for a price but not worth it for a stay.
2.0The house is spacious
− The aircond at the living hall is not working, ask the staff to repair it, they did nothing. Just give an excuses that the gas is already empty. In the booking, they stated that they provide kitchenette. But when paid, its excluded from the reservation, instead you need to pay extra for it.For example, for a rice cooker they charge you Rm20. The location also a bit sketchy. With no alot tenant living at the apartment, making it feels a bit unsafe to stay. Overalls, i would not recommend any one to book here, but if you are desperate, this is a great choice, because the price is cheap for a large volume to stay. Hopefully, the owner can improve their services in the future because i giving it a thumbs down.
Disappointing stay
3.0− The car park was dirty. I found used sanitary napkin in the toilet. Only 1 toilet had a water heater. The AC was not working well. No shops nearby .
