We had a wonderful stay because of the beautiful property and great friendly staff.
10.0The unit was clean and well stocked, the grounds were clean and vegetated with beautiful flowers; the path to the beach was easy to navigate and made us feel like we're walking through a flower garden. Our host was very friendly and understanding. The lifeguard at the beach was friendly and helpful.

− The staff was absolutely rude. I planned to stay there with my parents (65-70 years old) in order to have direct access to the dead sea. Although there was direct access, we needed to walk for more than 20min. This part of the hotel is absolutely neglected. The stairs are not maintained at all and they are very neglect. The apartment didn't correspond to the description. Private pool doesn't exist, they mean the mean the resort common pool -good luck with finding it. They advertise pool towels, and they provide you with one towel per person. The cleanliness is poor. The shower rack was full of salts shaped for days, months for example.
