8.0Гарне світле помешкання із новими меблями та ремонтом у тихому районі. Вдалось паркувати машину навіть у дворі поряд з іншими машинами, що було великим плюсом. Якщо будете із багажем, то майте на увазі, що ліфта немає, а квартира на 4му поверсі.
− Відсутнє дзеркало у коридорі та немає поличок у душовій кабіні для того, щоб поставити гелі для душу тощо, також було б комфортніше якби була якась вішалка чи стільчик при вході
