Posizione, struttura, appartamento, disponibilita’, cordialita’ del proprietario, molto molto gentile. Spero di tornare nell’affascinante isola di Lanzarote e sicuramente provero’ la prenotazione ancora in questo appartamento.

Major disappointment, we were given not the apartment, that was on photos and overall not comfy

The parking of the apartments always had 1-2 free places for us to park.

− We were given NOT the apartment, that was advertised on photos! Instead of a proper wall there was an open shelving unit with lots of gaps, so there was no privacy at all in the room, not even the bare minimum. Besides, the smell from dishwasher was so bad, that we didn't dare to use it. The view outside the window - there was a parking lot and a lot of walking people instead of palms, as on photos. Ventilation was very bed, it didn't smell well, so we had to keep open the huge window, which together with busy walking lane and ground floor put us completely on display. Several evenings in a row the nearby karaoke "entertained" us with very loud drunken voices of tourists, trying to sing. The very detailed photo and video instructions, sent to us before the check-in were misleading, so we've spent additional time trying to figure out where our locker with keys ACTUALLY has been. To top all of that, apartment is pretty poorly equipped, e.g. lacks even paper towels for kitchen and some more tiny basics, that worth little buying, so we bought and left them for future visitors, effectively doing the job of the host!
