− The heat pump did not work, and being in the middle of winter it was like being in a fridge. There were no extra blankets or hot water bottles to help. I was given the wrong lock box code, luckily I figured that my code worked on the next door cottage and then deduced the code for my door, but it was a lot of faffing in the dark to get the keys. The cafes and pub were all closed both in the evening and in the morning, so I had to drive to the next town for breakfast.
